In most of the countries participating in ILEX there is a National Representative who is in charge of informing potential candidates about the program. The National Representative is a professional social educator, faculty member of a social pedagogical training school, possibly a former ILEX Fellow or officer of a national professional union. National Representatives are supported in their efforts by ILEX alumni and professionals in the field. Professionals determine each year how to advertise the program and make it known to those individuals who might like to apply.

In addition, National Representatives are often involved in reviewing the applications of potential ILEX Fellows, as well as coordinating and conducting interviews of the candidates. If you are interested in our professional exchange program, we invite you to contact your National Representative directly, or please contact our administrative office if ILEX does not have a listed National Representative from your home country.
