Exchange International was created specifically for professionals working within the social services and human services fields. Our mission is to provide supported, on-the-job training experiences for international professionals seeking to broaden professional skills, develop global competencies and participate in cross-cultural exchange.

Typically, training programs are 12 to 18 months. Exchange International carefully considers the goals of each program participant, and matches them with an on-the-job training experience in the United States that supports those goals. Exchange International provides housing for our participants, health insurance, and a monthly stipend. In addition, an Exchange International Training Mentor is assigned as a means to support accomplishment of goals and to facilitate a rewarding learning experience.
