Exchange International was created specifically for professionals working within the social services and human services fields. Our mission is to provide supported, on-the-job training experiences for international professionals seeking to broaden professional skills, develop global competencies and participate in cross-cultural exchange.
The purpose of the J-1 Visitor Exchange Program is to increase mutual understanding and provide opportunities for cultural and professional learning between citizens of the United States and citizens of other countries. Exchange International's focus is on enhancing the Exchange Visitor's skill in his or her specialty occupation through participation in a structured training program.
